Donald Moody @ 10:59 pm:
Low back cramps are mostly caused by the back muscles being tired of trying to hold the body in an upright position, against an imbalance of the structure caused by poor posture. The only relief they get is when we are lying down.
All this comes about because poor posture, standing on one leg, lounging and sitting with crossed legs, creates a pelvic disturbance resulting in the long leg syndrome. One leg apparently longer than the other.
The answer is get the structure rebalanced and keep it that way. Osteopaths, Chiropractors or an exercise sheet from the navigation bar of allergiesmaykill.com Treat the causative factor, not the symptom.
