How to improve cervical mucus

About cervical mucus:

Cervical mucus is a fluid secreted from the cervix and is produced by the hormone estrogen in the first phase known as the follicular phase of a monthly cycle. Fertile cervical is very much essential for fertilization as it helps in keeping the sperm alive for a few days. Also it protects the sperm from the acidity in the vagina along with assisting the sperm in swimming up to the fallopian tube so fertilization can take place. Naturally for women in their mid twenties have the cervical mucus for approximately 5 days and by mid-thirties the span reduces to only 1-2 days. The last on which an egg white consistency of the cervical mucus is observed is considered to be the day of peak fertility. During that period the cervical mucus appears as a thin and stretchy fluid where as after ovulation progesterone abruptly suppresses the peak mucus and the mucus pattern continues with sticky mucus for a day or two and then returns to dryness.

It normally develops to full maturity within a man's testes from puberty onward. The absolute requirement to achieve a human pregnancy is that the sperm should be capable of producing an egg. And the abnormality will lead to infertility. Human sperm is produced with each ejaculation. There is around one half to a teaspoon that is 2-6 ml and it contains between 200-300 million sperm. It is a combination of sugar, protein, vitamin C, zinc and prostaglandins and these prostaglandins help the sperm travel through the womb and this creates the egg in the womb. The sperm only make up 5% of the volume and it's low in calories just five per teaspoonful. Semen consists of the sperm cells and these consists of the testicle fluid (5%), seminal fluid (60%), prostate fluid (30%) and Cow per's gland fluid (5%). Reproductive Medicines

Infertility is the term coined to express the inability of a couple to conceive a child due to the impairment of the body's reproductive system. The actual conception of the child is dependent on a number of factors, which must be diagnosed and understood before remedial medical action is taken by way of reproductive medicine. Healthy sperm by the man and healthy eggs by the woman, unblocked fallopian tube, sperm's ability to fertilize the egg, etc. are a few of the causes of infertility. Thus the problem of infertility can be due to the reproductive malfunctioning of either the man or the woman and in some cases both of them. Although some of the reasons for infertility are mentioned above, it is imperative to note that there is no particular reason for the onset of infertility. Hence it would be incorrect to hold anyone in particular liable for his or her infertility. The most common male infertility factors include azoospermia, wherein no sperm cells are produced at all, and oligospermia, wherein only a few sperm cells are produced which tend to be too few to be able to conceive a child. In women, the cause of infertility is most likely due to ovulation dysfunction. Also a blocked fallopian tube prevents the sperm from reaching the egg. Congenital anomalies, which involve the structure of the uterus and uterine fibroids, also contribute to the problem of infertility.
