Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) daydream frequently is characterized by leading to inattention in classrooms or in any activity. Inattention is the decisive diagnostic criteria for ADD. The general perception on ADD is that victim daydream because they lack concentration ability, which isn’t very correct. They can’t pay attention to something, which is boring. Adders are extremely intolerant to boredom. A daydream many a times is more stimulating, then whatever activity being carried out. Sufferer of ADD requires mental stimulation more than others. They may actually be concentrating or hyper focusing on their daydream. As observed many Scientist, Authors, Composers have suffered form this disorder. To list a few of them:

Famous Politicians/World Leaders with ADHD:
Famous world leaders like Winston Churchill, Napoleon, Salvador Dali, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Thomas Jefferson to name a few have suffered from ADHD and still had been able to guide the world.

Famous Philosopher’s with ADHD: Socrates, Henry David Thoreau, and Leo Tolstoy

ADHD Scientists & Inventors:
Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Alexander Graham Bell, Neils Bohr and Benjamin Franklin. They do not require any note to what they have achieved and where the world would be if they had not invented.

Jim Carey, Whoopie Goldberg, Mariette Hartley & Robin Williams. All of them are creative and innovative.

Tom Cruise, Dustin Hoffman, Sylvester Stallone, Steven Spielberg, Alfred Hitchcock, Anthony Hopkins.

This is not the end all there are many more. This shows very clearly that ADHD does not hamper progress probably it helps in focusing. To achieve such a feat without focus is impossible. A child with ADHD requires special attention, special learning methods to overcome problem.
