The foot consists of 28 bones connected by joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles between them. It adjusts to varying surfaces, when it is working correctly. When excess stress, badly constructed footwear or injury acts on the foot, its system fails and gives rise to pain. To overcome nueroma, use an elastic sleeve that slips on the forefoot providing cushioning effect. To avoid pain, due to Ingrowing nails cut toenails straight and do not use tight shoes.

For hard skins apply a moisturizing cream two times daily or utilize pumice stone to reduce the thickness of the skin. Do not peel off the hard skin with a razor or scissors. Foot massage is very relaxing method and involves stroking, ankle rotation, pivoting, kneading and finger walking. Foot massage oils like Joint Ease, Sensual, Stress Rub and Warming and Uplifting are available.
