Footbath
After a hard day on the feet, especially if the person wears heels the problem is likely to occur and it will be nice relax and have a feet massaged. Prepare foot bath at home by putting together this simple recipe so one can have that soothing soak with ingredients probably already have at home, and can whip up immediately. Take 1-tablespoon honey, 1-tablespoon liquid soap, 1-teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons sweet almond oil. Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl and its ready for the footbath.
