Insomnia

Insomnia has affected millions of people around the world everyday. When a person experiences insomnia they often have difficulty sleeping at night, and during the day, they may try to take a nap, but sleep never comes. The person often feels knots in the stomach and tension over the entire body when insomnia rules the person's life.

Talking from experience, I can say that insomnia is no road to travel. When insomnia hits it brings forth impulsive actions, panic attacks, nervousness, inability to cope with stress, and so forth. The person rarely gets proper nutrition, since the body is worn from lack of sleep, that food is no longer appealing.
