It said that unhealthy foot makes uneasy head prompts to tackle feet problems at early stage before they get worse and require attention of health care professional. Herbal remedies, foot baths, herbal massage and body oils may help reverse and heal foot sores, lacerations, cracked heels, corns, calluses, dry skin, combat bad foot odor, foot skin pealing and encourage healthy living and breathing foot skin. Herbal foot mask or wash massage cracked feet with peppermint essential oil that is best for it's cooling and tingling effect.

Tips before herbal application

By massaging the feet each night with oil is relaxing and keeps feet soft and flexible. In winter warm oil can be used like sesame or mustard oil. In summer coconut oil provides a cooling effect in feet. These natural products really give immediate remedy for the routine pain on feet.

If the shoes are to tight, pinch and do not fit properly corns appear due to the pressure put on the skinny areas of the foot and also hinder the circulation of blood ultimately leading to corns formation. The quick remedy for this is to apply papaya juice or milky juice from green figs on the affected area. Use warm water and soak feet for 10 – 15 minutes to soften the skin and allow the herbs and oils to go through and wash with a good natural soap. Use an herbal foot cream to moisturize and soothe feet.

Herbal footbath direction

For herbal footbath one will need 1- 2 gallon cooking pan if possible with non-metal interior surface. Stainless steel vessel is the second choice. Spring or distilled water is the best choice. If there is only chlorinated water, fill the pot with water now boil it for 5 minute and let stay for 8 – 12 hour before use. Fill the container with water, put the bath packet in and let soak for 10 – 20 minute again. It is acceptable to leave the packet soak for the whole day. Bring the water to boiling and ferment on low fire under the lid for about 20 minute. Make sure that water is hardly boiling and brew the bath at near boil temperature for about 30 – 40 minute. Now turn off the fire and let cool down to relaxed temperature. Take footbath in a warm room for best result.
