If you're scratching your head now and then these days, getting an itching sensation and if you see flakes in your hair, its high time you take some medication. These are symptoms of dandruff in your hair. The problem can get severe if you are careless towards it. If you want to prevent dandruff in its initial stage it can be easily done with help of various household remedies. This article throws light on few of the most effective home remedies to prevent dandruff.

Home remedies mostly involve use of natural ingredients to prevent. As these methods are free from all kind of chemicals they eliminate any kinds side effects and are also economical. In addition the ingredients needed can be found in kitchen thus are very convenient to prepare. Let us see some methods.

1. Aloe Vera dandruff cure

What you need is Aloe Vera gel, which can be easily found in any mall or medical shops. Apply the gel for about 10-15 minutes before you wash your hair. Make sure that you rub the gel evenly onto your scalp, leave it for 10 minutes and shampoo your hair like you regularly do.

2. Eggs

Egg is good supplement of proteins and amino acids that are good for hairs and effective as anti-dandruffs. What you need is just one egg and one teaspoon of limejuice. Mix the egg white thoroughly with the limejuice and apply it to your hairs. Leave it for one hour before you shampoo your hair. Dandruff will be completely eradicated after two to three applications.
3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek seed are also very effective on dandruff. You just need to soak 2-tablespoon fenugreek seeds for one night. Grind them into a fine paste in the morning.

4. Olive and Almond Oil

Mix both these oils and leave them for about 5 min's after it starts to burn. Rinse well and the dandruff will be cleared off.

5. Neem

Neem as anti fungal and anti bacterial properties thus can prevent dandruff in the most effective way. Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 teacups of water and use it for rinsing hair.

Home remedies are very effective to prevent dandruff in the initial stage. They not only are good anti-dandruffs but also provide with essential nutrients that will enhance your scalp health and strength and tenacity of hairs.
