This type of recipe can be used as a base for whatever essential oils one wishes to use. Here are few names of essential oils that one can use for a start like lavender, rosewood, geranium, frankincense, lime, patchouli, sandalwood and bergamot.

Direction to use

At first fill a large bowl or pan with cold or warm water to cover the ankles properly. Now place stones or marbles in the bottom of the bowl. While moving the feet over the marbles they act as wonderful soothing and stimulating massagers and makes feel relaxed. Drop 2 – 3 drops of Essential Oil into the water and try these combinations like 3 drops tea tree, 3 drops lavender, 2 drops lemon and for relaxing put 3 drops marjoram, 1 drop peppermint, 1 drop lavender and immerse feet in water and soak them for few minutes and enjoy. If these thing are not available easily then use alternative like take a small cup of Epsom salts, which can be mixed into the water to help with relaxing muscles, cleansing skin and increasing circulation in the feet for better blood flow. There are many home made recipes one can experiment on them too if it suits their skin type.
