Effects of stress on the scalp health

Stress affects the overall health of the body and is hazardous to the nervous system. With an improper nervous system blood circulation is obstructed. Moreover blood circulation in the scalp is most disturbed. Due to improper blood circulation right nutrients don't reach the scalp thus making it dry and weak. Due to nutrient deficiency even the hair loses their internal resistance power and tenacity. In such circumstance chances of dandruff are more On the other hand stress leads to hormonal imbalance, which may cause dandruff. If neglected stress can lead to psoriasis, which is a highly complicated scalp condition.

Reasons of stress

Most common reasons of stress include, busy schedules, over working and less sleep. Less sleep is the major reason that leads to dandruff. Similarly motional and mental tension also adds to stress. In dandruff due to stress is very common as they undergo an extreme emotional stress. Improper diet, food habits, excessive smoking and alcohol can further aggravate stress.

How to eliminate stress

A balanced diet makes the body stronger internally. A stronger body can fight stress better. Sleep is very crucial to cope with stress. One should at least have an 8 hours peaceful sleep for proper relaxation and relieving stress. Similarly exercising also helps the body to relax. Yoga is the best exercise. It involves special posses or asana that are extremely effective to increase the blood circulation in the scalp thus preventing dandruff. Yoga not helps the body muscles to relax but also has various meditation techniques that help to tackle stress. On the other hand keep your self-happy and listen music or play to rejoice and thus bust out the stress.

There is remedy of worry and worries lead to stress. To tackle stress is in your hands no medicine can help you. Learn to enjoy and laugh to prevent stress. And with stress all physical problems will flee including dandruff.
