Perhaps the most neglected area of hygiene is tooth care. Brushing the teeth is not time consuming and messy but it will keep gums healthy. The same goes with flossing. The cutting down the size of the toothbrush handle trap will reduce the weight of the brush and small travel toothpastes and floss work well. Dental hygiene is important for long term dental care and one should clean the teeth no less than twice a day. For those who continually on the go it is not always easy to take good care of the teeth and carrying around a toothbrush and toothpaste conveniently. There is disposable toothbrush that has made life so much easier, there is no need to carry toothpaste and a disposable toothbrush is so small and prudent that it can be slipped into a handbag or pocket.

How to store the brush
To maintain hygiene to keep or carry the toothbrush while traveling is the biggest issue, but now a day there is a solution to it. There are many types of disposable toothbrush available in the market. Those come with pre-pasted and disposable toothbrush is easy to carry too. If one does not like the idea of a pre-pasted disposable toothbrush then one can get disposable toothbrush, which contains gel toothpaste in the handle. The right way of storing the toothbrush will allow keeping the toothbrush in good shape for a longer period.

Steps to keep the toothbrush clean

To achieve hygiene after every brushing one must
1. Wash and rinse well the toothbrush.
2. Put it in upright position to help drying.
3. Store it in a well-ventilated area.
4. The moisture that remains on the toothbrush can help the growth of bacteria.
5. In order to provide proper teeth cleaning a modern toothbrush must have a head size that feel comfortable in the mouth and allows reaching to the back teeth.
6. The brush must have an anatomic grip to help the correct brushing moves.
7. The head of the toothbrush should be design in such a way that helps cleaning at all the teeth surfaces.
8. Have nylon bristles and rounded ended bristles to avoid damaging the gums.
