Improving sperm production in male
It is a well-known medical fact that the sperm that is also known as semen are the male reproductive cells produced by the testicles. It normally develops to full maturity within a man's testes from puberty onward. The absolute requirement to achieve a human pregnancy is that the sperm should be capable of producing an egg. And the abnormality will lead to infertility. Human sperm is produced with each ejaculation. There is around one half to a teaspoon that is 2-6 ml and it contains between 200-300 million sperm. It is a combination of sugar, protein, vitamin C, zinc and prostaglandins and these prostaglandins help the sperm travel through the womb and this creates the egg in the womb. The sperm only make up 5% of the volume and it's low in calories just five per teaspoonful. Semen consists of the sperm cells and these consists of the testicle fluid (5%), seminal fluid (60%), prostate fluid (30%) and Cow per's gland fluid (5%). Some of the doctors say that the production of more sperm is possible by the intake of fish or the fish oil supplements.

Although men make fresh sperm every day and can make children well into old age, they become less fertile and also have a propensity to have more children with birth defects. Men those who wait till the old age may increase the risk of having the children with genetic problems. Sometimes there is also occurrence of blood in the ejaculation of the sperm.
