Proper blood circulation is very important for the health of the body. Individuals can work more energetically; get rid of any injuries very soon as good blood circulation helps in healing the wounds soon. Good blood circulation also indicates that individual possesses a healthy body and healthy mind. To avoid serious foot problems, proper care is needed. Individual should take care of the inner health of the body.

Improper blood circulation is caused mainly because of diseases like diabetes, high or low blood pressure. Improper blood circulation makes the feet suffer the most. Lack of blood circulation to the feet leads to many serious problems like loss of feeling, change in shape of the feet, ulcers and sores of the feet do not heal up.

Measures to increase the blood circulation to the feet:

1. Always follow the good diet plan that means a nutrious and healthy diet to remain healthy. Diet should include lots of fruits, vegetables, minerals and vitamins. Individuals should not wait to drink water when they feel very thirsty instead they should keep on drinking water in regular intervals. One should not remain empty stomach for a longer period, should eat in regular intervals.

2. To avoid problems related to blood circulation adapting morning walk and exercising in daily routine will be of lot of help. Meditation and yoga also help to a great extend. Through yoga one intakes lots of oxygen which increases the hemoglobin and blood circulation in the body.

3. If blood circulation is not proper in feet than massaging feet is of great help. There are various methods of herbal messaging which can solve the problem.

4. Soaking feet in warm water is also good.

5. Always wear good quality, comfortable and best fitted shoes. Tight shoes make the blood circulation difficult.

6. Always try to keep diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol near to normal. Consult the doctor to make the diabetes plan that fits the lifestyle, go for regular checkups and take medicines as prescribed.

7. Avoid smoking, drinking and always remain active.

Blood circulation is crucial for good health. If blood circulation is not proper to feet than individual will face lots of problem related to feet.
