Natural approaches to conception

The natural approach to fertility is and has been enormously successful. As fertility is multi-factorial, meaning that there are many elements that can be at the root of the fertility problems. The couples with a previous history of infertility that made changes in their lifestyle, diet and took nutritional supplements had an 80 percent success rate. Natural treatment plans are, by their nature, extensive and really do need to be adjusted to suit the individual needs. Remember that it takes at least three months for immature eggs to mature enough to be released during ovulation. It also takes at least three months for sperm cells to develop, ready to be ejaculated. This means that when someone trying to improve fertility, she need to have a four-month period before conceiving.

Test

There are a number of tests available that are very useful and are well worth taking into account. These tests can give invaluable insights into understanding what is going on in the body at the moment and can tell what vitamin and mineral deficiencies and heavy toxic metal excesses one may have. They can tell what the general condition is and how well the digestive system is functioning and then explain what action is needed to take to rectify any imbalances the results may reveal.

Trying for pregnancy

If the person is under the age of 35 and has been trying unsuccessfully to conceive for six months, follow the dietary and supplement suggestions for four months. At the end of this period, begin trying to conceive again. Give six months time before embarking on any fertility treatments or investigation by the doctor or a gynecologist. If the person is under 35, then try on your own for six months before embarking on fertility tests. If someone has been trying for six months and is over 35, follow the doctor's recommendations and visit the doctor and ask for tests to begin during that first four-month period. If there is diagnosis of unexplained infertility, then try for six months again before going for medical treatment. This natural approach to conception is better then any other medical treatment.
