hi, just wondering why i get neck cramps and shoulder pain that seems to be an impingement. im 20years of age healthy, fit, do weights and sport.

i could be laying down in bed or doing abdominal exercises, slightly lift my head and swallow and get instant cramp in the neck.

for the shoulder, it comes normally more severe when i either do bench press, triceps and sometimes shoulder exercises. just wondering whether you have some advice of why this could be happening and what i shall do without having to go to the doctor or having to long of a break..

thankyou for your time and hear from you soon
