One of the very common and popular home remedies practiced to relieve joint pains is the papaya seed tea. This is the regular tea containing papaya seed as an additional substance.

Making of papaya seed tea

Papaya seed tea is very easy to make and hassle free and thus is gaining popularity among the home remedies. Every household has got adequate support to make tea. While the tea is left for brewing few seeds of papaya seeds should be put in the vessel containing the tea. The papaya seeds are thus actually brewed along with the tealeaves. The hot cup of tea should be served as the regular tea is being served.

Consumption of the papaya seed tea

To get an effective results out of the papaya seed tea treatment one should consume the papaya seed tea at least six to seven times a day. A particular time of the day should be fixed for the consumption of the papaya seed tea and the timetable should be practiced very religiously. The treatment should be continued for two to three weeks in order to get some effective results. The treatment should not be halted by any gap and practiced continuously during the two or three weeks as wished by the patient.

It has been very effective to cure the joint pains through several home remedies and papaya seed being a very prominent procedure among them.

Does anyone have any experience of papaya seed tea helping in this way? If so I would be very interested to hear about it. On my site, All About Tea.co.uk, we try to stock a large range of healthy teas and herbs and if people here think it would be useful i will look into stocking papaya seeds.
