Cold weather and feet:

When winter season occurs it causes lots of damage to once feet if they are not properly protected and prolonged exposure to wind can cause many health related problems so one need to take proper prevention technique and treatment for cold related disorders. Normal body temperature is 37 degree Celsius and if it drops below that the vessel constraict, and blood flow reduces.

Risk factors for cold weather:

1. Wearing wet or inadequate clothes.
2. Working for long hours
3. Death rate in men due to cold is more them women
4. Having diseases like diabetes, heart vascular, and thyroid
5. Taking certain drugs.
6. Old people are more prone to cold.

Many health problems can be caused due to prolonged exposure low temperature like trench foot, frostbite and hypothermia. In cold weather one should wear socks even at home and check your feet frequently to keep them warm and avoid frostbite. One should prefer to wear padded socks to be more comfortable. Previous cold weather injuries should be taken care of to avoid becoming them even worse. To be protected from injuries caused by cold weather one should be active in life and always drink hot fluids and eat often.

During hot weather if proper care is not taken then it may cause sun burns which will make you uncomfortable in walking and your work will get affected.

In hot weather one should wear shoes while walking at hot pavement, use sunscreen to protect from sun. Feet should be kept away from fires and hot radiators. One should always wear shoes that are comfortable and are properly fitted. One should always wear socks of soft and good material. One should always drink good amount of water so keep body and feet warm and moist apply moisturizer to your feet and always remove the excess moisturizer because it can also cause damage to feet.
