Care for feet normally take a back seat when compared to the other beauty treatments. In the entire human body, feet are the most strained and worked out area. Despite of this fact, feet are most neglected when it comes to beauty care. Lack of good care leaves the feet hard and cracked that result in bunions, infections and ingrown nails too. There will even come a situation where the person cannot be able to walk a step due to the lack of good feet care. Foot care is very easy and simple that everyone can do from the home also.

Homemade recipes

If the time and money constrain someone from the relaxing treatment for the feet, one can try the pedicure and the homemade lotions to enhance the feet. For a pedicure at home, soak the feet in a mixture of warm water, lemon juice and liquid hand wash. Then scrub the feet with a pumice stone or exfoliating scrub to heel or remove the dead skin thoroughly. After that dry feet, trim the nails and push back the cuticle. Rinse the feet once again and pat them dry. Afterward massage the foot with plenty of foot lotion.

Types of recipes

A strawberry exfoliate can be made easily at home. Just mix eight strawberries with two tablespoons of olive oil or sunflower oil. Then add half teaspoon of finely chopped almonds and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt with this mixture. A paste of these ingredients can be massaged into all over feet as exfoliate. A soothing and natural foot lotion is easy to make at home. Mix 1-tablespoon almond oil, 1-tablespoon olive oil, 1-tablespoon wheat germ oil and 12 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a dark coloured bottle. Then shake these ingredients extremely well and store it in a dry and cool place. Rub this lotion to feet and heels for a gentle effect. The step to get shrill clean feet at home is very easy. All need to have is lemon juice and paper towels. Mix these ingredients together like equal quantity of water and lemon juice. Then smoothly dip the paper towel into the mixture and apply it to the feet. Squeaky-clean will softens, removes odors and smoothes the feet
