There is much concern about the obesity in the United States, and many professionals have voiced their alarm about the latest statistics. The medical professionals, the physical fitness gurus and the nutritionists have all tried to figure out what causes obesity. Many of these people have fixed ideas about what causes obesity, and they have used this knowledge to try to help those that suffer from obesity. Each of the different groups has looked at the causes of obesity from their fields of expertise and has formulated some ideas on what causes obesity.

The nutritionists have figured out what causes obesity from their point of view. People eat too much, they do not eat the right foods and they eat the wrong foods. The nutritionists have looked at the portions that people eat and decided that people eat portions that are too big. They have figured out that many people eat nutritious food, but they eat too much of it. These experts on food have also decided that people eat the wrong foods such as French fries and fried chicken. They have also figured out that people do not eat the right types of food such as fruits and vegetables.

People Can Lose Weight by Focusing on What Causes Obesity

Personal trainers and other physical fitness experts have decided that they know what causes obesity. These professionals are sure that the lack of physical exercise is what causes obesity. The physical fitness gurus have figured out that every person should exercise as much as possible for optimum fitness. These people are usually very fit themselves, and they realize that a physical fitness routine will benefit every person. Each person burns so many calories with exercise, and people should not eat more calories than they burn through physical activity.

The medical professionals have figured out what causes obesity. People eat too much and do not exercise enough so they become obese. The medical professionals agree that obesity is very dangerous to the health. Obesity will cause serious diseases including diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Many medical professionals advise their patients to eat properly and exercise for at least thirty minutes every day. The doctors and nurses in charge of the health of the public agree that people should eat the most nutritious diet possible. These professionals also agree that their patients should do some kind of physical exercise which could include jogging, swimming or speed walking.
