In order to increase your fertility it is better to stop smoking, which makes you realize the harmful effects of smoking. Once you give up smoking at any age it will increase your life expectancy but it has to be done before it develops within your body. Your blood pressure and pulse return to normal after you smoke. It is combination of nicotine, carbon monoxide and oxygen that goes inside your body and completely harms your lungs. But the day you start reducing smoking the levels of carbon monoxide and oxygen in your blood begin to return to normal your lungs. You will feel that your breathing becomes easier and the sense of taste and smell becomes more relaxed than your previous complexities. Increase in the energy levels is noticed.

If you smoke, you may be exposing your friends, partner or children to your smoke. So your smoking would be endangering the health of people you love. Smoking may reduce your fertility and your chances of having a baby. And of course, smoking when pregnant can harm your child. Smoking can also have a big impact on your home. Quitting smoking will mean no staler cigarette smells, smoke stained walls, cigarette burns on your furniture and ashtrays to clear up.

You need to stop smoking before you are pregnant and this will enhance the growth of the baby. You have to be very careful in these matters for the well growth of the child and this will make you and your child in a good condition. The blood circulation in your body improves and your mind starts working properly. Coughing and wheezing improve risk of having a heart attack and also the lung cancer. You may have the same risk of a heart attack as someone who has never smoked. The passive smokers may get easily lung cancer if they are acquainted to remain near the active smokers and this will make you involved in the list of the effected lung cancers. So better be careful in these cases.
