Dandruff is a problem that affects almost everyone. As the hair gets exposed to heat, dust and such other factors dandruff occurs. However, dandruff can be eliminated in a large number of ways. Though there are many shampoos, conditioners, oils etc, available for the removal of dandruff, enhancing the health of the hair and the overall body is the most healthy and preferred ways. Increasing the level of vitamins and minerals in the body is one very significant way of removing dandruff.

Vitamin Help

Vitamins have a huge role to play in the well being of not just the hair but also in the well being of the complete health of the body. Hence, every physician emphasizes on the role of vitamins and the optimum intake of vitamins for good health. Some of the main reasons for dandruff to develop are improper health hygiene, hormonal imbalance and lack of necessary nutrients. All these factors can be eliminated by having a regular dose of vitamins. There are a large number of vitamins that need to be consumed in order to be able to eliminate dandruff successfully. The vitamins that are mainly required for removing dandruff are B vitamins. To be precise vitamin B6 is really very helpful for dandruff removal.

As mentioned earlier, vitamin B is the most important vitamin for removing dandruff from the hair. In this effort, vitamin B complex is immensely important for removing dandruff. Apart from vitamin B complex, even vitamin B12 is very essential in dandruff removal. This does not imply that other vitamins are not helpful for dandruff removal at all. Vitamin A too helps to remove dandruff in a great way. Vitamin C is also helpful in having a healthy scalp and helps to have healthy hair from the roots. It is important that the individual concentrates on chalking a diet that contains all these vitamins. Hence, people must include a large number of green leafy vegetable, fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices and even sprouts in their diet. Apart from these, it is also necessary to have meat and fish in the diet. All these factors would provide vitamin B to the individual.

These are some of the most advised and the most natural ways of removing dandruff. By improving the amount of vitamins in the body, it would not just help to remove dandruff but also help in improving the overall health of the individual.
