Wavy or V-Shape bristle pattern
It is a little-known fact that correct brushing is more effective than the actual toothbrush. No matter what kind of toothbrush one opts for, the method helps the most in cleaning the plaque from the teeth. Also the primary benefits of good dental care are obtained mainly from correct brushing itself, rather than from special toothpaste or rinses.
Types of bristles:
Many companies produce the bristles that are natural as well as artificial. The natural bristles are made up of the boar hair while the artificial bristles are made up of nylon. The natural bristles have different degrees of stiffness, depending upon from which part of the body they originate. This is why natural bristles can be supplied in soft, medium, and hard variations. Although most bristles are a light beige color, occasionally some black bristles, noted for their stiffer texture, are used in natural bristle toothbrushes.
Wavy or V-shape bristle Pattern:
The toothbrush bristles have various patterns like wavy or v-pattern or block pattern. The bristles are of different length and are arranged in a particular manner with a wave pattern. The bristles are useful to reach in uncommon places where the regular brushes cannot. It removes plaque from the unreachable areas with it's property of being crooked. The bristle pattern can be adjusted or used with different types of brush having different types of brush heads, handles. This brush bristle pattern can be used with any kind of brush- conventional or super brush (i.e. automatic). The practice of the present invention has revealed some distinctions and new methods. A toothbrush can have two flexible bristle sets – a more densely packed first bristle group and a less densely packed second bristle group. The first or the more densely packed bristle set is adjacent to the toe of the toothbrush and further from the brush toe. Each group contains at least one radius of curvature and the second group contains two subsets of bristle tufts. The first subset of bristle tufts is angled towards the toe of the toothbrush and the other away wherefrom. This combination of features provides enhanced conformity to the curvature of the teeth and enhanced cleaning thereof.
