Feet are very important part of once body as it takes the load of whole body. It is very necessary to take very good care of the feet. Problem feet are the sign of many other ailments like diabetes, arthritis and circulatory disorder. Wearing comfortable shoes solves many problems of feet. Wearing comfortable shoes prevent foot from ailments, fungal and bacterial conditions, dry skin, redness, and blisters, itching and peeling.
Everyone should be very cautious while buying shoes, it is considered as an important decision for the health of the feet. Healthy feet help the person to be active and remain healthy for life long.

One should always be active to keep the body and feet healthy, regular exercise and walk is advisable. Wearing comfortable and good quality shoes is one of the important precautions needed to be taken for the health of the feet.

Size:
Once foot size changes as he grows, one foot is longer than the other one so this fact should be taken care of while buying shoes. One should buy the shoes that fit the longer shoe. Always buy shoes at the end of the day when it is tend to get swollen also the shoe should be half inch longer than your longer toe. Always avoid buying tight shoes.

Design:
Usually people buy shoes which are more stylish but it is the wrong way to choose the shoe. Soft shoes should be the important criteria.

Material:
It is always preferred to buy shoes with soft flexible material that matches the shape of your feet. Leather and canvas shoes are good for feet

Design:
Flat shoes should be more preferred than heel shoes; in case of heel in shoes than it should not be more than 3 cms. Shoes should be with close toes and back to avoid injuries.

Sole:
Thick soles are good cushion for your feet and provides grip to the feet.
