Majority of people who experience back injuries or back pains are recommended to keep good physical condition by following simple back pain exercises or recreational activities like swimming, running and walking.

However, if you wish to focus on your condition, there are specially designed back pain exercises that could help in stretching and strengthening your back, thighs, hips and stomach muscles.
